Analysis Overview
The Analysis feature is where you can view all of your client/athlete data, identify trends, and visualize progress.
It’s made up of dashboards for each of the following areas:
- Lifestyle / containing well-being data and performance readiness.
- Training Load / containing data on the training loads (sRPE) from all activities along with calculations for Monotony, Strain, and Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio.
- Nutrition / containing nutrition data including daily calorie, protein, carb, fat, and water intake.
- Body Composition / containing body composition data including Body weight, Body Fat %, Lean Mass, Fat Mass, and Sum of Measurements.
- Exercise Records / containing records data for each exercise including 1RM, 3RM,
- Training Volume / containing data on Total Reps, Total volume (kg), and Intensity. Along with a breakdown of these metrics by exercise group.
- Workout Compliance / containing data on workouts sent workouts completed, and compliance %.
- GPS / containing your GPS data including Total Duration, Working and Rest Duration, Total Distance, High-speed Running Distance and Sprint Distance, % High-Intensity Distance, Relative Distance, Max Speed, Relative Max Speed, # of High-speed Runs, # of Sprints, # of Max-speed Efforts, Accelerations, Decelerations, High-Metabolic Load DIstance, and Relative Intensity.
- Injury Risk / the Injury Risk data combines your clients'/athletes' internal and external load data with their physical and perceptual readiness data to calculate Dynamic Injury Risk and also incorporates their Static Injury Risk Assessment data.
- Injuries / containing all your recorded injury data.
- Growth & Maturation / [COMING SOON] containing growth and maturation data including Height, Body weight, Predicted Adult Height, Predicted Adult Height %, Maturity Status, Biological Age, Chronological Age, Maturity Timing, Growth Rate (Height and Body weight), and more.
Each dashboard is made up of:
- Graphs / To visualize your client’s / athlete’s progress over a selected time period.
- Table / Where each individual’s data is displayed. The table is also used to control what data is displayed by the graphs. You can select an individual to display their data or select up to 5 clients and athletes to run a comparison.
You can view your data in multiple views:
- Group view / where you can view aggregate data for your Training Groups.
- Individual view / where you can view individual client/athlete data.
- Comparison view / where you can compare multiple clients/athletes on the dashboards.
