Completing a Workout using Gym-mode

What is Gym-mode?

Gym-mode is a dashboard that can be used to view your client's/athlete's individualized workout, their training history, and record their data when you’re coaching them in person in a 1:1 or group training session.

To open a workout in Gym-mode, you first need to schedule the workout for the client(s)/athlete(s) you want to complete it with. Any scheduled workout can be opened in Gym-mode on your laptop or tablet directly from the calendar, and each client/athlete that that workout has been scheduled for will be able to view their personalized workout, their Training Diary for each exercise, and also record their workout data.

Opening a Workout in Gym-mode

To open a workout in Gym-mode, simply open the calendar, click on the workout you want to open, and in the sidebar click the menu and then click Gym-mode.

Recording Workout data in Gym-mode

Adding RPE in Gym-mode

When you’re using Gym-mode for your in-person workouts with your clients/athletes, you can also capture their session RPE data to record their training load for the workout.
