Editing and Copying Blocks
If you want to make changes to an existing Block template and you’re not worried about keeping the original template you can use the Edit block feature to make changes.
If you want to make changes but keep the original template to use again, then you can use the Copy block feature to create a copy of the Block template and make whatever changes you need to – like changing loads or intensities, changing exercises, or replacing exercises. Great for quickly individualizing a workout for a specific athlete.
Edit Block
To edit an existing workout template, please follow these steps:
- Click on Programming > Blocks
- Find the Block you want to edit on the list
- Click on the Block name you want to edit or click on the menu (three dots) to the right-hand side of the list and click Edit
NOTE: Changes you make to a Block template will not change any workouts or scheduled workouts. Updating scheduled workouts can be done from the calendar as shown here.
Copy Block
To edit an existing Block template, please follow these steps:
- Click on Programming > Blocks
- Find the Block you want to copy on the list
- Click on the menu (three dots) to the right-hand side of the list and click Copy
- Give the new Block a unique name and click Copy block to finish
Rename Block
To edit an existing Block template, please follow these steps:
- Click on Programming > Blocks
- Find the Block you want to rename on the list
- Click on the menu (three dots) to the right-hand side of the list and click Rename
- Give the new Block a unique name and click Rename block to finish
