Editing and Copying Workouts
If you want to make changes to an existing workout template and you’re not worried about keeping the original template you can use the Edit workout feature to make changes.
If you want to make changes but keep the original template to use again, then you can use the Copy workout feature to create a copy of the workout template and make whatever changes you need to – like changing loads or intensities, changing exercises, or replacing exercises. Great for quickly individualizing a workout for a specific client/athlete.
This video walks you through how to edit and copy workouts, and when to use each feature.
