Creating a program

A training program is a multi-week schedule made up of multiple workouts and other supporting content (PDF, video, JPG, PNG) that can then be shared with your clients and athletes.

To create a training program please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Programs menu option
  2. Click the Create program button in the top right-hand corner
  3. Give your program a name (this can be changed later in the Program Builder)
  4. Click Create program to finish

You’ll then be taken to the program builder where you can add workouts and resources to create your cleints’s/athlete’s schedule.

Adding Workouts and Resources to a Program

A program is a multi-week training block or training schedule that you create for your clients and athletes that can include multiple workouts and supporting files including PDF, video, and image files. Once you’ve created your individual workouts and progressions, and uploaded your resources you can then add them to a program to create the schedule for your clients/athletes so they know exactly what they need to do and when they need to do it.

Adding workouts to a program

To add a workout to a program please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the day in your program that you want to add the workout to and click on the + icon and click Add workout
  2. This will open a pop-up where you can select the workout you want to add:
    1. To add a workout from your pre-built templates / click on Select workout, type the template name to filter the list, and select the workout template you want to add; or,
    2. To create a new workout / click Create workout
  3. Next, you can decide to add the workout to:
    1. This day / if you want to add the workout to just that day; or,
    2. This day each week / if for example, you want your client/athlete to do that workout every week for the course of the program
  4. Then click Add workout to program to add the workout

Adding resources to a program

To add a resource to a program please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the day in your program that you want to add the resource to and click on the + icon and click Add a resource
  2. This will open a pop-up where you can select the resource you want to add:
    1. To add content from your resources library, click on Select resource, type the content name to filter the list, and select the resource you want to add; or,
    2. To upload new resource, click Upload resource
  3. Next, you can decide to add the resource to:
    1. This day, if you want to add the resource to just that day; or,
    2. This day each week, if you want to schedule the resource for that day each week of the program
  4. Then click Add resource to program to add the resource
